I'm VERY pleased with how this turned out.
Anyway, the anemone does not evoplve into the eel or the fish, or et cetera. It just assists with the fish's evolution.

So I'll start with the anemone:

ADOMONE (Adobe + Anemone)
Water/Poison
Ability: Suction Cups/ Poison Point
Safe House PKMN

ADOMONE are docile and cute, howver, their head tentacles bristle with highly concentrated poison. The only Pokemon immune to this poison are NEMORA, howevr, so often ADOMONE can be found with schools of NEMORA hiding on its back.

Now for the bottom. I intended for these to be like the magikarp and Feebas lines, starting out weak, but evolving into some mega-epic pokemon.

NEMORA (Nemo + Remora)
Water
Ability: Swift Swim/ Poison Heal (Hidden Ability)
Anemonefish PKMN

NEMORA are extremely weak, and cannot swim straight due to all of them being born with unevenly sized fins. Scientists have estimated that only 4 in every 250 NEMORA manage to survive long enough in the wild to evolve.


So NEMORA evolve in a special way. First, you must have an ADOMONE in your party. Then, you have to level up the NEMORA to Level 18 or higher. So leveling up NEMORA while ADOMONE is in the party at level 18 or higher will evolve it into:


EELORD (eel + lord)
Water/Dragon
Ability: Intimidate/Poison Heal (Hidden Ability)
Superior PKMN

EELORD are also known as the "Emperor of the Seas," as they can defeat even a swarm of SUBMENACE with a single blow. Their rages cause severe thunderstorms, and many seaside villages pray daily so that these powerful PKMN will not be angered.
